Swindle is committed to delivering a shopping experience that is enjoyable, and will keep you coming back often. If you receive product that has not lived up to your expectations, or has any defects, please follow the steps above and we'll rectify it as soon as possible.

If you have seen any product offered by one of our Premium Brands, please feel free to send suggestions to us via the Customer Service contacts.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

*If for some reason the stock is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a satisfactory resolution.
