Shipping & Delivery
We ship your order for FREE, subject to availability and receipt of payment for goods, requests will be processed within 1-2 working days and delivery confirmed by way of booking Number. We currently only ship within the borders of the RSA, and do not sell outside of this territory. We use Courier IT for parcels under 5kgs and RTT for parcels above. Delivery is normally between 3-5 days from date of shipping, however delays do occur over the festive and Holiday period due to congestion of the freight networks.

Returns & Replacements

We will gladly do an Exchange on product due to incorrect size or Shipping errors. For Returns due to manufacturing or product defects, we will arrange a Returns Number through our Customer Services department, and upon inspection, will replace the product under the Manufacturers Warranty terms.

- The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale, unless it's defective.

- The merchandise must be returned with manufacturer and price tags attached, and the original receipt must accompany all returns.

- Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside) unless defective.

- Swimwear must have original tags and hygiene liners attached and must be original condition (absolutely no wear), unless defective.

Swindle is committed to delivering a shopping experience that is enjoyable, and will keep you coming back often. If you receive product that has not lived up to your expectations, or has any defects, please follow the steps above and we'll rectify it as soon as possible.

Contrary to what our name suggests, we will not "swindle" you upon receipt of orders! We do actually have the stock in store and are able to deliver on our offerings*. All orders are done through our secure ordering system, and once logged in you will have access to all of the information regarding previous orders, wishlists etc.

*Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. *If for some reason the stock is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a satisfactory resolution.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Swindle by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd, VCS, who are the approved gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. Upon Checkout you will be redirected to the VCS credit Card page which is secured via SSL technology. We only accept South African credit cards that are endorsed by Visa or Mastercard. Due to the high-level of fraud, we do not accept Foreign credit cards. Customer details are stored separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the VCS website.

For EFT transfers, please make use of the EFT facility in the Checkout. Please forward proof of payment to: info@swindle.co.za or fax proof to: 042-293-2478. We use SSL technology for our Checkout process to ensure your peace of mind.

Pricing & Promotions

All pricing is displayed in South African Rand (ZAR), and are subject to change without notice. If you have purchased any items that are now on sale, we will extend a price adjustment to you if the original purchase was within 5 (FIVE) days of the sale offering.

Nixon

Watch Policy:

Nixon offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after original purchase from an Authorized dealer. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly,we'll repair or replace it, our option. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your watch and expect us to fix it for free. We don't cover normal wear and tear or batteries, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss or theft. You will void your warranty if you open your caseback, push buttons underwater, or forget to screw down or push in the crown and expose your watch to moisture.

 

Headphone Policy:

Nixon offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after original purchase from an Authorized dealer. This means that if the materials in your headphones aren't right or if the headphones isn't put together correctly,we'll repair or replace it, our option. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your headphones and expect us to fix it for free. We don't cover normal wear and tear or blown speakers, cut cords, bent jacks, torn headbands, loss or theft. You will void your warranty if you disassemble your headphones or dip them in lava or water. Billabong Watches: Your Billabong brand watch is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship by Billabong under the terms and conditions of this warranty for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers the following components: the watch movement, hands and dial. Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced [at the sole discretion of the service centre] free of repair charges. A copy of the receipt or dealer stamp is required for proof of purchase. This Warranty Does Not Cover:- Case, crystal, strap or bracelet. - damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear. - Water damage unless watch has been used in accordance with the ATM rating. This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.In case of replacement, Billabong cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar appearance will be provided.

Xcel

Xcel is the only party authorized to determine warranty eligibility. Products under warranty will be evaluated for repair or replacement at Xcel's sole discretion.

THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

- Repairs or alterations done by anyone other than an authorized Xcel repair facility.

- Products classified as seconds.

- Damage from sunlight; improper recreational use or care; or any damage beyond the product's natural life expectancy.

- Warranty request without proof of purchase.

- Accessories over 3 months from date of purchase.

Deck Warranty - Element / Plan B / Sector 9All Skateboards are warranted against defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase. This means that we will repair or replace, at our option, any Skateboard that delaminates due to defects in materials, workmanship or glue. This is the only condition covered by our warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied. What this warranty does not cover:Breakage due to:

Wear

Improper installation of accessories

Improper foot positioning when landing high impact tricks

Intentional breakage

Normal Wear & Abuse:

Tail and nose wear from dragging the nose and tail on the ground

Edge chipping from ground, curbs or walls

Warping from exposure to heat, rain, snow or immersion in water

VonZipper Please note that we do not offer replacement lenses for scratched or damaged lenses. If you require a tune-up on your existing pair, please get hold of a Customer Service representative to look into some options. VonZipper sunglasses are constructed with the highest quality optical materials. Every VonZipper product is held to stringent quality control procedures to ensure that your VZ's will not let you down. We pride ourselves on the quality and technology that goes into every sunglass. VZ offers a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer's defects on all products. It is our pledge that your VonZipper experience is all that it can be. Caring for your sunglasses properly can extend the life of your frame and ensure that you are always Looking Good and Feeling Good. Always clean your sunglasses by using a cleaner specifically developed for eyewear lenses, with a microfiber lens cleaning cloth or sunglass bag. To avoid damage to the lens, DO NOT clean your glasses with t-shirts, paper towels or koala bears. These can grind dust and fibers into lenses leaving scratches. Avoid using household detergents, soaps or glass cleaners, which are highly corrosive and can damage your lenses quickly. Sunscreens and other lotions can also damage the paint and coating on the frame. Additionally, avoid submerging frames under water since certain frames and coatings will corrode over time. DO NOT place your sunglasses on the dashboard of your car. The extreme heat can distort the shape of your sunglasses. When not wearing your glasses, never rest them face down on their lenses. Always keep them in their protective microfiber case or hard case. These will ensure that they will be in good shape the next time you reach for them.
